He left Positioner to establish his own venture focused on brand development and activation. Fabian’s jam is to make individual hotels or boutique groups and their related industries genuinely experiential – creating how a brand looks, sounds, thinks, feels and behaves. 

That starts with a brand’s positioning, visual and verbal identity and continues with co-creating products, services, experiences and partnerships that allow guests to experience your brand as fully as you intended.

Whether a hotel is starting from scratch or reinventing itself, Fabian’s work takes one of two approaches: bold and unconventional or classic and subtle. He can be wild when wanted – and naturally gravitate towards partners who are completely open to collaboration – but more neutral when needed as we recognise the value of tradition and custom. 

Whichever approach you take, the partnership adopts three perspectives: yours (your ideas, values and visions), your customer’s (their needs and non-negotiables), and your world’s (the market needs and situation, and the trends shaping; both the short and long term). This three-pronged perspective ensures your brand strategy is balanced, flexible, and robust.
